There really is not any type of quality difference between the two slipper springs:

- 3-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 1,500-lb Trailer Axles - 24-5/8" Long # e99SR & # SP-178275

They both have the same measurements, steel construction, and nylon bushing in the spring eye. I'd honestly go with the least expensive option to save yourself some money. Also, I do recommend new bolts when mounting springs, the Spring-Eye Bolt with Locknut for Slipper Springs - 3-1/2" Long # 166079.
