Availability Of Detailed Dimensions For The TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Uprising TLA9105

Question:

I have a Grand Design Reflection 5th Wheel 22RK trailer that I would like to convert to the Torklift Glowstep Uprising Steps TLA9005. The trailer has a drawer to the right of where the steps will be installed. The upright support for the Uprising steps may interfere with opening the drawer. I am having a hard time verifying the distance between the step support and the drawer face. All of my questions could be answered if I could find a document that detailed the dimensions of the step support - but I cannot find one. My question is: How far out from the wall does the step support protude. Thanks in advance, Dennis Kyte

Hello Dennis. I tried reaching out to Torklift but unfortunately, they do not have any drawings or dimensions for the step support that they are able to share. They do not share their technical documents like some places do. All I can tell you is that this step is designed to fit a 24" wide doorway, so as long as your door is 24" wide and the entry height is between 34-7/8" and 42-3/8" the step will fit nicely. We have never heard of drawers causing an obstruction for the step bracket so I really do not anticipate any problems there.
