What is the minimum clearance required between the bump stop cap and the rear axle to install these?

Hey Carl, with Timbrens like the part # TDR2500D you want to have between 1 inch and 1-1/2 inch between the axle and the jounce spring so that you get the proper engagement without affecting the ride quality too much. So since you asked about the minimum clearance you would want to go with 1 inch for that figure.
