Thanks for reaching out, Jake!
You will need 1/8" and 9/16" drill bits to install the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2505 on your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500.
The 1/8" bit will be used to make pilot holes in your truck bed for mounting the rails to the brackets, and then the 9/16" bit will be used to enlarge those holes before installing the hardware.
