Hey Mike,

The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817 can be very finicky some times and can typically be corrected by ensuring the system is getting enough power and performing a Zero Point Calibration. The system requires 12.75 volts to properly operate so a simple way to test if the system is getting enough power would be to hook up to shore power and then see if the jacks still aren't cooperating. You can also use a multimeter # PT89ZR to test the voltage at each leg and at the controller # LC85ED. If you're getting less than 12.75 volts at the jacks then you'll need to trace it back to the power source to see where the drop in power is.

From there you'll want to complete the Zero Point Calibration steps pictured below to reset the system. If the power is fine and the reset doesn't solve the issue then you're likely looking at replacement for the controller.
