Will this Inno INH110 work on bikes with a front and rear fender? Also, I have a rear rack on my bike.

Hey Dennis, thanks for reaching out!
Inno states in the instructions not to use the Inno Tire Hold Bike Rack for 1 Bike # INH110 for a bike with fenders so I don't recommend pursuing that.
Instead, I recommend checking out the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack # RKY87RR instead because it's more versatile and can be used for your front and rear fendered bike. It also just uses the standard tray and strap at the bottom of the rear tire so you won't have to remove that rear rack either.
