Hey Scott,
The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles # 8-91-05UC1 uses bearing # L44649 for both the inner and outer bearing so you would be able to easily swap it out with the etrailer Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles # AKIHUB-545-2-2K. This hub comes with the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts all included and is already pre-greased so all you'll need to do is grease # TMK79ZR the spindle and slide the hub into place.
