Troubleshooting Kwikee Steps that Won't Retract

Question:

Have Kwikee steps wont retract. Power to module in wires tested green, but two wires coming out to step motor no go. Put another module in same result.

It sounds like there's something wrong with the magnetic sensors. I recommend checking those and the wiring leading to them. The replacements are specific to the steps you own so if you need a replacement I would be happy to find you the right ones but will need a part number off of your Kwikee Steps.
