Want to upgrade from progressive dynamics 9245dead to 9260. The run to the batteries is 15 feet with 6 awg wire, Is this wire large enough for the 60 amp charger? Dave

Hey Dave, for a 60 amp charger the 6-gauge wire that you have currently is not going to cut it. You will want to use 4-gauge copper wire for your 15' run when using the Progressive Dynamics PD9200 Series Battery Converter Charger # PD9260C. For a 45 amp charger the 6 gauge would be fine but for 60 amp you will definitely want to go with 4 gauge.
