Question:
How do you get the old fitting off the sewer pipe if it was glued on with something like your ABS cement?

Hi Nicole,
The only way to remove a fitting with ABS cement used on it would be to cut it off from the pipe. If there's nothing wrong with the flange then I recommend just removing the gasket that's still sticking out from it and removing the flange fitting on the new waste valve # T50 and then bolting it to the old flange fitting. Just make sure you use the new gasket from the # T50 when connecting to the old flange.
