I have lost one of the rubber covers for my torklift tie down locks . Any way I can purchase just the cover?

The rubber covers on the TorkLift Tie Down Locks # TLS9700 aren't sold separately but I'm sure if you contacted TorkLift they'd be happy to send you a new one.
