Hello Terry. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CIP38MR are indeed made to fit the 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD regular cab 2 door. Just keep in mind that there are a few exclusions. These mirrors will not fit vehicles with the perimeter lighting system. Also, they will not fit mirrors with additional lighting features that are not flush to the mirror, such as turn signals, automatic dimming, and puddle lights. For mirrors with features that are flush to the mirror, product will fit but those functions may be lost.

thanks for the reply. is there another product number for these mirrors? here in ontario canada i have been to two different truck accessory dealers and neither one has been able to access a number to order a set of these mirrors for me. they have been trying to find the #cip38mr mirror set. thanks in advance. terry
