I am interested in your etrailer 24 x 60 cargo carrier. Can I hang my spare tire under the rack. If yes do you sell the required hardware?

Hey Ray, while the etrailer cargo carrier part # e83YR wasn't designed for carrying a spare under it you could do so with a carrier like the part # FETCLB0201 which is a U-bolt style carrier that could attach to the bottom of the railing.
