I just bought a Yakima hitch swing away system. Can you tell me which anti rattle device would be best for that rack?

I would love to but the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier item # Y74ZR you purchased already comes with a locking anti-rattle hitch pin. It does a great job of reducing rattle and also secures the system to your hitch.
