Can I Put An Advent AC Unit On A 2005 Casita 16' Camper?

Good Day, I have a question about the compatibility of the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 13,500 Btu - White Item ACM135. I have a 2005 Casita 16 ft camper that has a roof mounted fan. I wanted to install AC and wanted to know would this be compatible. if not, would you be able to recommend an AC unit that would work? Thank you in advance

Good day to you, Jason. I can definitely point you in the right direction for AC unit for your 2005 Casita 16' Camper. Since you are replacing a basic roof vent, you will need to install a complete AC system. So, to answer your question, yes, the Advent AC Units will definitely work for this purpose.

You will need to get a complete AC system, meaning a rooftop unit, start capacitor, controller and distribution box. For that I recommend the following:

- Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White # ACM135C

This will be all of the components needed to install a complete AC system on your camper. The controls will be built in to the ceiling register assembly which should be suitable for a smaller camper. I have included a link to our installation video for you below.
