Question:

I am looking to upgrade to the rubber equalizers on my Grand Design Transcend trailer. None of the rubber equalizers match the dimensions of what I have 5 3/4 wide by 2 in tall. My suspension is 33 in wheelbase, Lippert 3500 lb axles with 1 3/4 wide leaf springs. Which rubber equalizers will fit my unit? Thanks, James Dattilo

Hey James,

If you have standard equalizers with a 5-3/4" horizontal and 2" vertical measurement then the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 would be the correct replacement for you. If you're saying that you already have those and are wanting something else then you can go with the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687. These have a 5-1/2" horizonal and 2-1/2" vertical measurement so you'll probably have enough slack in the shackle straps to accommodate this difference without having to replace them.

I've attached a couple of videos below where either Conner or I will walk you through the installation process depending on the equalizers you choose.
