Difference Between SumoSprings Rebel and Solo Suspension Kits for 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500

Question:
I have tried reading about the Sumo Springs Solo vs Rebel, but still cannot understand why to choose one over the other? Both of them will have unlimited travel as they are not connecting the frame to the axle. They seem to just be changing where the contact point is, in the middle vs one end like a traditional bump, They both in my eyes seem to do the exact same thing unless I am missing something. I will be doing significant amount of mild off road trails with a 4 wheel camper installed. This is going on a 2024 Silverado 2500HD ZR2

Hey Justin, for your 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 the big difference between the SumoSprings Solo part # SSR-207-47 and the Rebel part # SSR-203-40-2 is the weight capacity of either.
The Solo can provide up to an additional 1,500 lbs of support and the Rebel 3,000 lbs so you'll get a lot more with the Rebel. So if you'll be towing a lot of weight closer to the capacity of the truck go with the Rebel but if you won't really get close to the capacity it would be better to go with the Solo. If you were to go with a system rated higher than needed you'd give up some unloaded ride quality
