What Is The Wiring Diagram For The SeeLevel Monitor # SE94VR

Question:

I am trying to connect this and have no wiring diagram. I have created my own of what I did, and it’s not working. Do you have a wiring diagram for this? I bought it from etrailer a couple of years ago and have never been able to get it to work.
