Hi Don,
Since you have a 1621 bolt pattern the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716 would be the correct fit for your 2024 Forest River Sabre 34FLX. I've attached a short video below where Dave will walk you through the installation process if you're planning on completing this yourself. If you don't have safety chains already then I recommend also picking up part # 49150.
