Hey Brian,

Based on the numbers you provided your trailer has a 1621 pin box bolt pattern and would need the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716. Since you have the factory puck system I recommend the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNXA2062. The locking handle for this ball makes it drastically easier to get your hitch ball out, unlike others that have a latch built into the ball that can get broken just from coupling up to the trailer, leaving the ball stuck in the hitch.

Safety chains # 49150 might not be required depending on the laws in your area but it's always a good idea to use some any way as an extra precaution in the event of a breakaway. I've attached a diagram below showing the mounting points

Hey Brian, how did the Reese Goose Box and B&W ball kit work out with your Ram and Reflection setup? Your feedback could really help others looking for a similar towing combination.

@RobinH the setup is amazing. Hitching took a little longer to figure out, but now I can hitch up in minutes. The ride is much improved, bucking is almost zero. Another plus I hadn’t anticipated is hitching and unhitching can be done at various angles and pitches. With the old style hitch I really needed to be straight on and as level as possible. So nice to have my bed back without removing the heavy hitch. Wish I had switched sooner, will never go back.
