We have quite a few hubs for a 3,000 lbs axle! It looks like a 2012 Keystone Passport Travel Trailer uses 3,500 lbs axles with an inner bearing item # L68149 and an outer bearing item # L44649. The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 item # 84546UC3 you were looking at would indeed fit your trailer.
If you need to replace the brakes as well you can use either of the parts listed below:
Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K item # 23-468-469
Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 4,400 lbs item # K23-462-463-00
