What To Do If There Are Parts Missing To Connect The Lippert OneControl ConnectAnywhere Cellular Kit
Updated 03/08/2024 | Published 03/07/2024 >
Question:
I did unbox the item and install the parts to the wall of my RV. I did not install any antennas, or put power to it as I realized that there are several additional parts needed to make this unit work. The rig says it is set up and this was the only part needed after a consult with Lippert. Not sure why, but additional power is needed and a power jumper between the cellular gateway is also needed, none of which are supplied. Per the install manual, there are parts to be reused, but my rig doesnt have any of these. So confused. Do I need anything thats not included with this kit?

It sounds like your RV manufacturer may have left off some parts for the Lippert OneControl ConnectAnywhere Cellular Upgrade Kit # LC55UD. This would not be the first time I have seen this happen as these are built by people and things do get missed. You will want to contact your RV dealer to have them inspect and contact the RV manufacturer for the missing components.
