Does this model of Maxxfan, still have issues with moisture and humidity affecting the mother board. Have they finally decided to spray the mother board with a waterproof coating in factory yet? Just wondering if I order one, if I need to order the supplies to waterproof the mother board myself. Thank you.

Don't worry Liz, the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-05100K does include their latest Circuit Board # MA10A21276K which was updated with better resistors as well as the moisture and corrosion resistant coating.

That was a problem in older versions of the MaxxFans but the current ones can handle more voltage variances without it causing any problems so you don't have anything to worry about.
