i am in need of a RV ladder i had brought a RV ladder from a guy who work on Rv, the only info i have on it Jayco 4216, MHL 1715 it Rf 99.63 6 step thanks

Unfortunately, I believe the information you have is a Jayco part number and likely something they make in house. It would make sense the 99.63 may be the height of the rack as the Stromberg # LA-401 & # LA-401BA are both universal options which are 99-1/2" tall. These both do have 7 steps versus the 6 on your lader.
