The correct front hitch receiver for your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 is the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7352. This is the only front hitch that's a custom fit for your van so you won't need to drill into any part of your frame for the installation.
