Question:
I own a 2006 Gulf Stream 5291 B cruiser. It is powered by a 2005 Ford E450 super duty chassis. The unit has only 25,000 miles on it. This design has a lengthy overhang and to the exhaust pipe of the generator is very low to the ground. I was looking to enhance the ride and gain some of the suspension sag with regards to overall ground clearance, associated with this vehicle. Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Item # TFER35092B Is this a product that would help? If not what would?

Hey Gregory thanks for your question. Adding Timbrens to the rear of your 2006 Gulf Stream 5291B Cruiser is definitely going to help reduce suspension sag. The # TFER35092B that you mentioned is only for the E-250 and E-350 models since they are only rated for 3,600 lbs. Since yours is an E-450 we do recommend going with something a bit more heavy duty. My recommendation is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFERSD, which is rated for 5,600 lbs. This kit is basically intended for motorhome models just like yours with a GVWR of 14,050 lbs or more. Not only will they help to level your ride, but they will help to reduce body-roll and absorb shock when going over bumps.
