No, Erich I am really sorry but we do not. I checked with our vendors and Curt, Torklift, and Draw-Tite do not have anything available either. Additionally, I went back a few years and saw that we have never had a custom fit from mount hitch available for the E-450s.
The only solution I have to offer for you is to use either the Weld-On Receiver item # E17 or the Combo Bar 12" item # E-11 and speak to a local fabricator in your area about having a front hitch custom build for your vehicle.
