Thank you, that helps. The video for the Curt No-Latch says that there is an option for a locking pin for the 2” and 2-1/2” wide coupler. Is that correct? Thanks again. Ed

Hi Ed,

Yes, the pin # C87ER included with the Curt QuickPin No-Latch Trailer Coupler for 2" Ball # C82CR is 1/2" diameter so you could use a locking hitch pin lock like the Curt # C23517. This locking hitch pin is 1/2" in diameter with a 2-13/16" span to fit the width of the coupler.
