They should but I would be happy to verify them for you if you would like to send me a pn off of the hubs you currently have. (Just email me directly) The only difference in the axle you have and the one I recommended, the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam item # 6340624, is the E-Z Lube Spindles. I got the build sheet using your SN D6423640 directly from Dexter which I have attached below. It states that your 5,200 lbs axle uses a Inner bearing of item # 25580 and a Outer bearing item # LM67048. These bearing numbers correspond to the following Dexter hubs:
Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 item # 8-201-5UC3-EZ
Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 item # 8-201-5UC3
The only difference between an EZ Lube hub and a non-EZ Lube Hub would be the grease cap. For an EZ Lube hub, the grease cap would have a removable plug to make the grease fitting easy to access without needing to remove the grease cap.
