Can the Portable Power Watchdog Surge Protector Be Reset

Question:
Power Watchdog Surge Protector is giving an E2 code error after a power outage. According to the app we are getting 140 on line 2. Tested the pedestal and the one next to it and all are reading 119 to 121 on both lines. Is there a reset on the surge protector or is it just fried?

The only reset you can do on the Portable Power Watchdog Surge Protector with Bluetooth and Emergency Shut Down # HU87FR is from within the app, so if it's not letting you reset it then it's fried and you'll need to replace it.
