Yes, it will but it is not custom fit. The Black Armour Heavy-Duty Universal Truck Bed Mat item # BA72TR is 75" long so it's going to be just short of covering the entire bed on your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. It is also going to come up short on the width at 56".
I do not have a comparable custom fit option that will work with your truck. It looks like the Denali Ultimate model comes with the Multi-Pro tailgate and our other bed mats like item # BR57FR aren't compatible and would need to be modified.
