What is a good suspension enhancement for my 2024 Ford F350? I have in bed camper and lots of weight back there.

For your 2024 F350 with weight in the back, I would install the Timbren # TFRTT350J which are made for severe duty trucks. This will stop the back from squatting and also save your suspension from wearing quickly.

The Timbren #TFR250SDJ and the #TFR350SDJ that you referenced use the same bracket so the overall height difference is what you mentioned of 7-9/16 inches for the taller 350 and 6-7/8 for the shorter 250.
