Question:

How tall are the Timbren springs that fit my 2020 Ford F-250? Are they all different?

We have two Timbren rear suspension kits that fit your 2020 Ford F-250 we have the standard duty # TFRTT350J which has a spring height of 3-9/16 inch and a bracket height of 2-3/8 inches. The severe duty # TFR250SDJ is 3-5/8 inches tall and has the same bracket height of 2-3/8 inches plus a 1 inch spacer.

Timbren states that once a system is installed you will need 1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inches of space between the bottoms of the springs and the top of the axle. So that's why the higher capacity springs are taller to allow it to engage sooner. The ride quality will be harsher due to this but there will be more support.
