A kit like the # HSE7K-T1 is designed to fit 7k axles and has a bolt pattern of 8 on 6-1/2. Based on the available information for your 2021 Jayco Eagle HT 280RSOK it either has 5,200 lb or 6,000 lb axles and a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. I recommend verifying your axle capacity to be sure. Based on this information I recommend the following:
-Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Dacromet/KodaGuard - 5,200 to 6,000 lbs # K2HR526DKG
-Bearing Kit for Trailer Brakes with 12" Hub/Rotor - Easy Grease - 5,200 lbs to 6,000 lbs # DBRKHW6EZ
-Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi # HBA16
-Hydrastar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 25' Long, 3/16" Main Line # HS496-252
The Kodiak brakes work with 5,200 lb and 6k axles so whichever you have they will fit. Since they don't come with bearings you will also want to add the bearing kit. The Hydrastar EOH actuator will allow you to send power to the brakes using the brake controller you have now. Finally, the brake line kit comes with all of the brake lines and fittings required to run brake fluid from the actuator to your brakes.
To find the best upgraded equalizer you will need to measure what you have now. The best choice is going to be the one that has the closest measurements to your factory equalizer. The most important measurement is the distance between outer shackle bolt holes on center. For example, the # K71-652-00 measures 5-3/4" so if that matches or closely matches what you have it would be a good replacement. This kit also includes wet bolts and heavy duty shackles.
If you can let me know your equalizer measurements I would be happy to help you find the best upgraded equalizer for your travel trailer.
