Question:
What are the center to center dimensions of the anchor lugs on a ford puck system hitch? Ive installed an aftermarket under the bed fifth wheel hitch rails kit and the center to center dimensions on that particular system is 13w-30L center to center. By picture the Fords system looks the closest.

Ford's puck system is 13" front-to-back and 30" side-to-side so your 2005 Dodge Ram most likely has an old Reese Elite rail system in it. Because of this you'll want to choose a 5th wheel hitch that uses Ford's puck spacing in order to utilize the puck mounts. Since you were looking at the Curt A25 you would need part # C16036 to fit your puck system.
