Hello, My question is I have a 2005 F350 with 8’ bed with rough country air leaf assist. What under the bed gooseneck system would be comparable? Thank you for your time in advance.

I looked up the air bag kit you have installed on your 2005 Ford F-350 and since it installs on the inboard side of the frame rail you could install and use a gooseneck hitch like the B and W Turnoverball part # BWGNRK1108 since it attaches to the outboard side.
