Can I Use an Adapter to Mount a B&W Patriot Slider in the Puck System of a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500?

is there a adapter plate to change bandw 18k slider from rails to puck 2023 gmc 2500

No, there is not. There are two adapters that work with the GM factory puck and I have listed them below. Neither one are compatible with a B&W Patriot Slider item # BWRVK3270 due to how low the sliding portion is in relation to the mounting base. The sliding Patriot will hit the adapters. We had someone attempt to return an adapter with a huge dent in it from trying to get a Patriot to work.

The only solution I can offer is for you to upgrade your Patriot hitch to the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3775. This hitch has the legs that mount to the GM puck system built into the base so you don't have to worry about an adapter.
