According to the sticker on the Replacement Strut for Extang FullTilt and FullTilt SL Tonneau Cover Systems # EX8007 this is made by SPD and is part 5300-30 which is listed as being 20" long when fully extended and has a force length of 40 lbs.
This is sold as a single unit on our site.
