Yes, to replace the head on your 6K Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA94-00-0600 you need the part # FA94-02-1055.
We also have the Replacement Hardware Kit # FA92-02-9600 if any of the parts need to be replaced that attach the hitch head to the shank.
