Question:

I have a list of all parts I need to flat tow 2016 Jeep Wrangler using Roadmaster products but do I need to get any parts for the RV that will be towing it? Its a 2018 Winnebago Vista. I didnt see any info on how to connect the wiring to the RV itself.

You shouldn't need to add anything to your RV. It looks like the 2018 Winnebago Vista came with a 2" hitch rated for 5,000 lbs and a 7-way connector. The 7-Way connector is what you will plug the wiring coming from your Jeep into. Your Winnebago has hydraulic brakes so you won't need to mess with air lines.

I am not sure what list you are going off of but here's another one with the Roadmaster parts I recommend using to flat tow your 2016 Jeep Wrangler:

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
