Best Timbren Kit for a 2019 Ford Transit T350 Motorhome Chassis

Question:

Is Timbren TFRTR350 or TFRTR350HD better for my motorhome? It's on a 2019 Ford Transit T350 chassis.

The best Timbren kit for your 2019 Ford Transit T350 motorhome chassis is part # TFRTR350 rated for 5,600 lbs. The other kit # TFRTR350HD you referenced is rated for 8,600 lbs and designed around vehicles with heavy-duty applications like a service vehicle.

The standard kit will give you the best ride quality which is why I recommend going that route. If you were to use the heavier rated kit then the ride quality would be very harsh and you wouldn't enjoy driving your motorhome around.

5600 lb timbren over the 8600 lb timbren even on a Dually 350HD motorhome? We have an Entegra ExpanceLi 21bl.

@SteveM Yes, even though the 8,600 lb skit can still be used, the Timbren kits are pretty stiff so you'll have a better ride quality with the 5,600 lb kit # TFRTR350.
