Question:

For the gnrk1309 bandw, is there a replacement part available for the latch pin “key hole”? It looks to be as though it is held in place by a snap ring. This particular part has rounded out.

I am sorry to say that we do not offer the latch pin "key hole" as an individual component. The best we could do would be to replace the entire center section with part # BWGNRC909.

That being said, the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck hitches come with a lifetime warranty. I suggest contacting B&W directly for a warranty claim. I would certainly like to think that something like this is going to be covered.
