Can AGM battery be left in trailer that has solar panel / inverter system to keep it charged? Or should it be removed and stored in the garage? Thank you

I typically recommend removing the battery from the trailer and storing it in the garage for a bit of warmth and keeping it on a small charger to keep it topped off so that it doesn't end up getting damaged, but a solar panel kit can help keep the battery charged so that the electrolytes don't have the opportunity to change from acid to water and freeze.
A typical AGM battery will discharge about 2% per month so a smaller solar panel kit like the OptiMate Solar Duo Roof Mount Solar Charging System # MA49JR would likely be more than enough to keep the battery properly charged. The controller built into the wire harness will read the battery's charge level and adjust the charge sent to the battery accordingly.
