doing a disc brake conversion on 2019 Heartland Landmark RV. Dexter 8000# axles. Hoping you can provide assistance with parts needed and part numbers. Thank you.

I would be happy to. Since your 2019 Heartland RV Landmark has 8,000 lbs axles you will need the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit item # K2HR89DD. These will replace the hubs and drums you have with rotors and hubs. The mounting brackets will attach to the flanges you already have. These are dacromet-plated rotors that have a 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. You will need one set per axle.
For an actuator, brake lines, and a breakaway kit you will want the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit for Disc Brakes item # HBA16-252-82. This comes with everything you will need to install the actuator and get the brakes set up on your trailer.
You're also going to need one of each of the follow parts per hub because they are not included with the brake kit:
Inner Bearing item # 25580
Outer Bearing item # 02475
Grease Seal item # RG06-070
