Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD

Question:

Just installed a pair of SumoSprings on my travel trailer. Very impressed with the change in ride quality. Trying to decide if I want to add them to the tow vehicle, which is a 2007 GMC 2500 HD WT, Long Bed, Extended Cab. I do not have a problem with excessive sag, but it does bounce a lot at times. Travel Trailer is a 2023 Forest River Alpha Wolf 28FKK. I am also interested if it would provide any improvement when the trailer is NOT connected. I do a lot of light load, long distance drives. From what I can see, I think I am in between models? Can you over compress the lower end one? Thanks in advance.
