The length I'm seeing for your 2019 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E19FD is 20' so you'll likely be around 17' in body length and would need the ADCO # AD37ZR since it fits 15' - 18' lengths. If you measure the body and are at or above 18' then you'll want to size up to the # e84VV, which fits 18' - 20' lengths.

It looks like the overall length of the 2022 Flag Staff E PRO Model 19FD is 20' 8" including the tongue but covers aren't supposed to fit over the tongue so I recommend going with the etrailer RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 20'…
