Where to Connect 3 Wires on Back of 6 Gallon Atwood RV Water Heater

Question:

I have it installed now. My question is, I know the 4 wires on top orange,blue,white,green go to the switch. But where do the 3 wires at the thermostat hook up to?

The 3 wires on the back of the Atwood RV Water Heater # AT96163 you referenced should be attached accordingly:

Black - Hot Lead to Switch
Green - Ground Lead to Ground
White - Common Lead to Element
