Can The Curt RockerBall Gooseneck Hitch Ball Be Used In OEM Puck Systems

How do you lock it in place. I have the Ford oem gooseneck 5th wheel prep package. Which does not have a pin to put through the ball. It use the ball bearing lock.

The Curt RockerBall Shock Absorbing Gooseneck Hitch Ball # C67DR unfortunately is not compatible with OEM puck systems since it requires a pin to lock it in place. A kit like the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 would have to be used instead.
