Need a tire/wheel package to use on a spare tire mount for my new boat. The trailer tire is currently a ST 18.5x180 13D

It sounds like you need an ST185/80-13. We have several tire and wheel combos in this size with a D load range rating. Since this is for a boat trailer you will probably want to go with a galvanized or aluminum wheel.
You can use tire and wheel combo # AM3S334 that you have referenced.
These wheels have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. The tires are rated for 1,710 pounds at 65 psi. And are bias trailer tires. If you need a different bolt pattern for the wheel let me know what it is, and I can make some recommendations.
