Question:
I’m planning to buy a 2015 Honda Fit with a Brake Buddy Stealth braking system installed, Model 39530 s/n 10324, but no controller. Can I get a compatible controller for my 2021 Winnebago View? It is on a 2020 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chasis. If so, what else is required for the installation?

The controller for the Brake Buddy Stealth # HM39530 can be purchased with part # HM39533. This is the only component that ties into the motorhome besides the 7-way cable # HM39532. I've attached a wire diagram below to help aid you during the installation of the controller.
To get the cold side of the brake light switch you'll need to test the wires on the brake pedal in your motorhome with a hook tester # PTW2993 and see which wire only gets power when the brake pedal is depressed. If you end up not being able to find it then you can also install the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751000 and tie it to the red wire of the controller to get the signal when the brake pedal is depressed.
